Jérôme Otte

Jérôme is the fifth generation of a family of notaries in Ixelles (Ingeveld family).

He was educated at Saint-Louis and then at UCLouvain, where he received Bachelor’s degrees in law (1994) and public notary law (1995).

After working with the notary Anne Vander Donckt in Dendermonde (1995 to 2006), he entered into partnership with his mother Bernadette Ingeveld in 2006.

In addition to “traditional” notarial matters such as property sales, bequests, corporations, etc., Jérôme has developed his professional services as advisor to families for wealth planning. As such, he is an active member of the EPSG working group, of which he is co-chair of the Paris-Lille-Brussels group.
He has also held a number of offices within FEDNOT (Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries) since 2000, mainly concerning relations between notaries and the banking sector.

Jérôme loves sports and has been active on the Belgian notaries’ football team since 1996.

He is the custodian of the archives for notaries Léon, Edmond, André and Bernadette Ingeveld.
